Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Tamadoggo account and the data tied to it at any time. The fastest way is from inside the app; if you can’t sign in, you can ask us to do it by email. Either way, deletion is permanent and can’t be undone.

Delete from inside the app

1. Open Tamadoggo and go to the Crib tab.
2. Open Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm when prompted. Your account, your pets, and all their data are removed from our live systems right away.

If you can’t sign in

Email hello@tamadoggo.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm it’s you and complete the deletion as soon as we can, and no later than 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile and sign-in.
• Your pets and everything logged for them — journal entries, events, reminders, and health records.
• Photos and documents you uploaded.
• AI-generated content created for you, such as monthly letters and weekly insights.
• Your subscription record and notification registrations.

The one exception is a pet you’ve shared with family: the pet and the entries you added stay with it for the remaining members, with your name removed. Those aren’t yours alone to delete — your access and membership are removed instead.

What we keep, and for how long

We keep a minimal deletion record — your email, account id, the date, the reason, and the request’s IP address and device — so we can prevent abuse and handle disputes. We don’t keep it any longer than three years. We also keep billing records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Everything else is gone from our live systems immediately, and any residual copies in encrypted backups age out within 30 days.
